Brussels Sprouts with Honey & Miso Recipe

Ingredients -2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil -2 tbsp of honey -1 tbsp of red miso paste -1 tsp of kosher salt -1 pound of sprouts, cleaned & halved lengthwise -1 lime halved -1/4 cup chopped roasted almonds Instructions -Heat oven to 450 degrees. -In large bowl whisk together olive oil, honey, miso and salt until smooth. -Add the sprouts and toss until evenly coated. -Transfer to a rimmed baking sheet, spreading them out. Scrape every drop of honey-miso mixture on top. -Roast until sprouts are tender (35-40 min.), tossing halfway with spatula. -Squeeze lime juice over top, toss again, and transfer to a serving dish. Voilà!
