Lisa Mosconi, Ph.D.
Dr. Lisa Mosconi, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Neuroscience in Neurology and Radiology, and director of the Alzheimer’s Prevention Program at Weill Cornell Medicine (WCM)/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. The program includes the NIH-funded Women’s Brain Initiative, the award-winning Alzheimer’s Prevention Clinic, and the newly launched Alzheimer’s Prevention Clinical Trials Unit. She is the author of the bestselling The Menopause Brain, The XX Brain, and Brain Food. Dr. Mosconi is passionately interested in how risk of memory loss and dementia can be prevented through the combination of appropriate medical care and lifestyle modifications involving diet, physical and intellectual fitness.
Melba Wilson
James Beard nominee, Melba Wilson, was “born, bred, and buttered in Harlem.” Her achievements are countless, and her reputation is stellar. Inducted into Crain’s Hall of Fame and named one of Crain’s 50 Most Powerful Women, Melba serves on the Boards of Harlem Village Academies, NYC Tourism & Conventions, God’s Love We Deliver, and is President Emeritus of The NYC Hospitality Alliance. A successful African-American entrepreneur in the restaurant and catering industries, Melba’s establishments in Harlem, Central Park, The Prudential Center, and soon in Grand Central Terminal and Newark, epitomize hospitality and culinary excellence. As an influential figure, she represents her city with grace and passion, showcasing New York’s vibrant spirit and culinary richness.
